1 Day Showjumping Clinic - White Park, Scone

7 March, 2010

Scone Jump Club is running a training day on 6 March 2010, the weekend before Scone Horse Trials. This is a good opportunity for SJC members to get a couple of rounds of jumping under their belt, then focus on technique with gridwork the following day. Classes will be

• Kindergarten
• Newcomers/Intro
• Intro/Prelim
• Pre-Novice and up (depending on numbers)

Cost will be $65 per horse, and that will include a 2hr lesson and the hire fee for the equipment. Lunch will have to be BYO this time around (Canteen Super-Mum is away!), and give me a call on 0407 403 802 if you need accomodation for either you or your horse on Saturday night.

Tommy is turning out to be a fabulous young horse, with everything that an eventer or showjumper would need. He has great paces, and a fantastic attitude for a horse so tender in years. He is developing his technique over a fence, and looks like being a very clean showjumper while being brave and honest cross country.

By Desert King (sire of Makybe Diva), out of Nadene, a mare by Kaapstad. Great type with lots of chrome, affectionate nature. Would suit either eventing or dressage home, as he has lovely movement. He is developing a very nice jumping technique and is ready to go Preliminary eventing. He is totally sound, and his conformation is impeccable.
